A Yazaki Europe Middle East And Africa procura um Senior SuccessFactors Integration Specialist para o plant em Ovar, Portugal. O(a) candidato(a) irá projetar, desenvolver e manter integrações entre SAP SuccessFactors e sistemas externos, usando SAP Integration Suite e outras plataformas iPaaS.

Requer-se forte experiência em integração, SAP CPI, APIs e padrões de segurança de dados; capacidade de resolver problemas, trabalhar em equipa e comunicar eficazmente em inglês técnico.

Qualificações

• Licenciatura em Ciência da Computação ou TI.
• 5–8 anos de experiência na mesma função.
• SAP Certified Associate – Integration Developer (C_CPI) é obrigatório.
• 5+ anos de experiência em integração de sistemas ou funções técnicas relacionadas.
• Forte compreensão de conceitos de integração, design de APIs e plataformas middleware.

Responsabilidades

• Traduzir requisitos de negócio e RH em especificações de integração.
• Projetar e implementar integrações entre SAP SuccessFactors e sistemas externos.
• Desenvolver e manter fluxos de integração usando SAP Integration Suite (CPI) ou plataformas iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
• Criar e gerenciar REST/OData/SOAP APIs, webhooks e interfaces baseadas em ficheiro.
• Projetar e documentar fluxos de integração seguindo padrões: síncrono, assíncrono, batch, event-driven e API-led.
• Construir, testar, implementar e monitorizar soluções de integração com foco em desempenho e fiabilidade.
• Solucionar proativamente problemas técnicos; validar desempenho e consistência de dados.
• Analisar e transformar dados usando JSON, XML e CSV.
• Garantir conformidade com padrões de segurança e proteção de dados (TLS/SSL, gestão de certificados X.509, assinatura digital).
• Manter documentação de integrações, mapeamentos de dados e arquitetura.
• Colaborar com arquitetos de TI para alinhamento com a arquitetura empresarial.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Success Factors Integration Specialist in our plant in Ovar.

Responsibilities

Translate business and HR requirements into technical integration specifications. Design and implement integrations between SAP Success Factors and external systems. Develop and maintain integration flows using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or other middleware platforms / i Paa S solutions (Mule Soft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Logic Apps, etc.). Create and manage REST/OData/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and file‑based interfaces. Design and document integration flows following standard patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, batch, event‑driven and API led.

Build, test, deploy, and monitor integration solutions with a focus on performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively. Validate integration performance and data consistency. Continuously evaluate and adopt new integration technologies and best practices. Analyze and transform data using standard formats such as JSON, XML and CSV. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards, including TLS/SSL encryption, X.509 certificate management and digital message signing.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, data mappings, and architecture. Collaborate with IT architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

Candidate's Profile

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 5‐8 Years of experience in the same function.
• SAP Certified Associate – Integration Developer (C_CPI) is a must.
• 5+ years of experience in system integration or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, API design, and middleware platforms.

Hands‑on experience with:

• SAP Success Factors Integration Center
• APIs
• OData SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite REST/SOAP web services
• JSON
• XML Experience with event‑driven architectures (Kafka, SAP Event Mesh).
• Experience with Git/Git Hub, Postman, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with ETL / Data pipeline tools (Talend, Airbyte, Fivetran, etc.).
• Familiarity with Data Lakes / Warehouses (Snowflake, Big Query, etc.).
• Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
