Yazaki Corporation in Portugal, Ovar Plant, seeks a Procurement IT Specialist focused on SAP and Coupa to join the Applications team. You will bridge business needs and IT, supporting indirect procurement across EMEA and contributing to SAP transformation initiatives.

You will work with regional and global teams on SAP SRM, Coupa, SAP ECC, and ServiceNow within a large international organization. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of SAP SRM, purchasing transactions, master data, integration points (IDocs).
• Experience with Coupa procurement processes and integration methods.
• Strong understanding of ITIL incident, change and demand management.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support indirect procurement users across EMEA in SAP, Coupa, SAP SRM, and related purchasing applications.
• Troubleshoot incidents, maintain master data, interfaces, IDocs, payloads, and integration errors.
• Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specs, flows, and user guides.

What You Will Do

• Support indirect procurement users across EMEA in SAP, Coupa, SAP SRM, and related purchasing applications. Troubleshoot incidents linked to purchasing processes, master data, interfaces, IDocs, payloads, and integration errors.
• Work with procurement teams, IT technical specialists, and external partners to solve issues and improve processes.
• Create and maintain practical documentation such as business requirement, functional specification, process flows, user guides, interface descriptions, and support procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Knowledge of SAP SRM, SAP purchasing transactions, procurement masterdata, integration points, IDocs, and enterprise data exchange.
• Experience with Coupa, including procurement processes, interfaces, APIs, or integration methods.
• Good understanding of ITIL principles, especially incident, change, and demand management.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
