EY-Parthenon, the strategic management consultancy arm of EY, is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead client projects and engagement teams in Lisbon. You will drive business development, build client relationships, and deliver high-impact strategies across industries.

With 5-8 years in strategic consulting and fluency in Portuguese and English, you’ll manage diverse teams and work on international assignments, balancing client commitments with EY-Parthenon values of collaboration and excellence.

Qualificações

• Academic bachelor or master.
• 5-8 years of experience including strategic consulting.

• Full Portuguese and English proficiency.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs;
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;
• Drive business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities;
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation;
• Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements;
• Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, etc;
• Effectively manage diverse and international teams, maintaining the work life balance and promoting EY-Parthenon culture and values;
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit to the team;
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness;
• Actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members.

• Able to independently lead projects & teams and manage senior-level clients;
• Highly motivated with positive, “can-do” attitude;
• Team player, capable to effectively operate and communicate in an international, multicultural and diverse environment;
• Strong business acumen and communication skills;
• Proactive and willing to handle several complex tasks simultaneously;
• Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines;
• International exposure and experience (professional and/or educational);
• Capable to effectively contribute and lead business development activities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic bachelor or master;
• 5-8 years of experience, including in strategic consulting;
• Project management skills: Delivery structure and conclusions, completion of demanding plans, management and coordination of team members and management of the relationship with the client and heads of other departments;
• Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities;
• Full Portuguese and English Proficiency;
• Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.
