Qualifikationen
- 3+ years in account, new business and/or relationship management in technical environments.
- Knowledge of web3 / blockchain tech and DeFi experience.
- Technical fluency for product/architecture discussions.
- Strong commercial judgment and multi-stakeholder negotiation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving, distributed environment.
- Willingness to travel 20%+.

- Own and grow strategic DeFi accounts (portfolio of top protocols).
- Be a trusted advisor to founders, risk teams, DAOs, and service providers.
- Voice of the customer: feed product feedback to Product, Engineering and GTM.
