In this role, you will manage integrations and partnerships with Tier-1 protocols, maintain core infrastructure, and drive liquidity. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in DeFi markets, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record in business development. This remote position allows flexibility and requires excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in DeFi/markets experience in protocol, L1/L2, or institutional trading.
• Proven ecosystem growth and business development track record.
• Strong network with founders, DeFi protocols, funds, LPs, and market makers.

Responsabilidades

• Source, court, and onboard Tier-1 protocols.
• Keep bridges and oracles operational.
• Bootstrap liquidity and sharpen UX.
• Design performance-driven incentive programs.
• Cultivate relationships with LPs and trading firms.
• Partner to package Fogo stack effectively.
• Track trends and identify new opportunities.
