Promptly Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and evolve core systems for healthcare data, patient-reported outcomes, and AI-enabled workflows. You will own significant product and platform areas, design scalable solutions, and mentor peers in a remote-first, full-time role.

Strong AI-assisted development skills and a track record of delivering production systems are essential. You will work across backend and frontend components, APIs, data flows, and cloud infrastructure,

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong full-stack or backend-leaning engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with modern web application stacks (Python, Django, TypeScript, React, Node, Kafka, cloud infrastructure).
• Strong fluency with AI-assisted development (coding agents, AI tools in workflow).
• Good judgment with AI-generated code, testing, and ownership of implementation.
• Strong system design skills: APIs, data flows, reliability, observability, security.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and evolve production systems for healthcare data, evidence generation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Own product and platform areas, balancing speed, quality, reliability, security, and privacy.
• Write, review, and debug production-quality code.
• Collaborate across backend, frontend, APIs, data flows, and cloud infra.
• Mentor engineers through feedback, pairing, and architecture discussions.
