We generate new knowledge from harmonized datasets, augmented with longitudinal patient-reported data and digital biomarkers, within a secure, privacy-preserving environment. The Role
We seek a Senior Technical Product Owner with a strong background in data products to lead the development of scalable, patient-centric data solutions that impact healthcare outcomes. You will oversee our data product roadmap, collaborating with engineering and business teams to align strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  1. Define and communicate a clear product vision for our data platform and infrastructure, focusing on healthcare data.
  2. Translate complex business needs into detailed requirements and development roadmaps.
  3. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, and patients to refine features.
  5. Drive development of secure, scalable, and privacy-preserving data solutions for real-world evidence collection and monetization.
  6. Use data-driven metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
  7. Work with engineering to optimize infrastructure and architecture choices.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends in healthcare, big data, and AI to inform the product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years as a Product Owner, with a focus on data products and technology solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and scalable architectures.
  • Experience managing full product lifecycles, especially data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency with APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and patient-centric design.
  • Experience leading agile teams and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud data solutions and large datasets (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
