AUTODOC Group is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Cross-Cutting Team. You will empower frontend developers across the organization, building and maintaining a shared ecosystem.

The role focuses on a micro-frontend architecture that is scalable, seamless, and highly performant. You will help develop frontend libraries and applications using Typescript and React, mentor junior colleagues, and continually enhance developer experience.

Qualificações

Experience with Micro Front End architecture within the e-commerce space.
Experience with Typescript (min 2 yrs).
Experience with Server Side Rendered React code.
Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/Remix) (min 5 yrs).
Experience with code versioning (Git) and CI/CD technologies.
Experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade software systems.
Entrepreneurial thinking with personal responsibility and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in English for internal communication.
Experience in internationalisation websites (multi language).
Experience with RestFul API, client and server side.
Understanding of SOLID principles and dependency injections.
Experience with state management on client and server side.
Experience with performance optimisation for frontend apps.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Cross-Cutting Team. Unlike a traditional product team focused on a single feature set, your mission is to empower every frontend developer across the organization.

You will help build and maintain our shared ecosystem, ensuring that our micro‑frontend architecture is seamless, scalable, and highly performant. If you enjoy building tools that make other developers’ lives easier and have a passion for architectural consistency, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Development of frontend libraries (Typescript / React)
Development of frontend applications (Typescript / React)
Develop thoughtful and maintainable code
Proactively shape and improve our development practices to continually enhance our developer experience
Promptly communicate with all stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience with Micro Front End architecture within the e‑commerce space
Experience with Typescript (min 2 yrs)
Experience with Server Side Rendered React code
Experience with Frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/Remix) (min 5 yrs)
Experience with code versioning (Git) and CI/CD technologies. We perform extensive code reviews.
Experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining production‑grade software systems.
Entrepreneurial thinking, high degree of personal responsibility and solution‑oriented approach to work.
Having an eye for code quality, problem solving, testing.
Experience with Unit Testing
Ability to quickly prototype ideas / solutions and use creative approaches for solving complex problems
Proficiency in English (internal communication is in English)
Experience in internationalisation websites (multi language)
Experience with RestFul API, client and server side
Understanding of S.O.L.I.D principle and dependency injections
Experience with state management on a client and server side level
Experience with performance optimisation for front‑end applications
Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools structures such as Jira/Confluence

Some experience with GitLab platform
Some experience in writing CD/CI pipeline process in GitLab
Some experience with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker)
