AUTODOC is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to identify growth opportunities, gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes building scalable dashboards, supporting planning and AB testing, and partnering with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data sources. Strong SQL, Python/R and BI skills are required.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R and data visualization tools.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, data science or BI.
• University degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, finance or economics.
• Strong statistical analysis, data modeling and AB testing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make better decisions. The Data Analyst will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we meet customer needs and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand business needs and objectives.
• Identify and interpret patterns, trends, insights, business metrics from data
• Create data-complex dashboards with an optimized data structure and scaling perspective
• Assist in planning, forecasting and AB testing processes.
• Work with various product and business stakeholders to develop data-driven insights.
• Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and build reliable data sources.
• Identify new opportunities for the use of data across the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Power BI / Tableau, and other data analysis tools
• 4+ years of experience in data, product analytics, data science or business intelligence, e-commerce experience is a plus
• University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, data modeling, hypothesis testing, AB testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Applying expertise in analysis to see beyond the numbers and provide clear insights
