Blip.pt is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to lead multi-team security initiatives. You’ll design reference architectures, drive threat modeling, govern AI/LLM security, and translate findings into durable patterns and guardrails across our products.

Based in Porto, Portugal, you’ll mentor Security Champions, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and influence risk decisions with data-driven security dashboards, automation, and scalable secure-by-default practices.

Qualificações

• Substantial security engineering experience across multiple domains.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team, multi-quarter security initiatives.
• Hands-on threat modeling, pentesting, and secure design review.
• Experience with AI/LLM security controls and governance.
• Proficient in Python or Go and code-heavy environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security architecture reviews and define reusable design patterns.
• Drive AI/LLM security standards and assessment approaches.
• Run threat modeling and pen testing campaigns, turning findings into fixes.
• Own risk assessments and data-driven risk decisions.
• Mentor Security Champions and shape cross-team security practices.
• Develop scalable build-secure-by-default capabilities.
