Blip in Porto is hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to lead multi‑phase security programs and architect secure by default solutions for AI/LLM products. You will mentor Security Champions, partner with engineering teams, and drive risk-informed decisions using data and dashboards.

You will own threat modelling, pentesting, and security architecture standards while shaping scalable automations to elevate the security bar across the business. Fluency in English and Portuguese is valued.

Qualificações

• Extensive security engineering experience across multiple security domains.
• Proven track record leading multi-team programs (architecture, threat modelling, pen testing, bug bounty).
• Hands-on threat modelling and secure design reviews; translate findings into fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security architecture reviews and define reusable design patterns.
• Define and evolve AI/LLM security standards and controls.
• Run threat modelling engagements and pen tests; convert findings into durable fixes.
• Own risk assessment strategy and data-driven risk decisions for the business.
• Shape HackerOne bug‑bounty scope, triage, and feedback loops for lasting improvements.
• Provide authoritative security advisements to engineering teams on architecture choices.
• Lead and grow the Security Champions program and cross‑team security enablement.
• Design automation to scale security review, threat modelling, and assessment.
• Improve vulnerability and risk data tooling for leadership dashboards.
• Track industry trends and integrate new threats into the roadmap.
• Mentor engineers to raise technical judgment and craft across squads.
