Jobgether is seeking a Senior Security / DevOps / IT Specialist focused on game development to own IT infrastructure, security, and automation in Portugal. You will safeguard assets, IP, and systems while enabling scalable operations across cross-functional teams of artists, engineers, and production staff.

You will drive secure build environments, CI/CD workflows, and cloud/endpoint optimization, shaping security standards in a collaborative, international studio environment with flexible

Formación

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, security operations, DevOps or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management and endpoint protections.
• Experience with enterprise identity and device management (M365/Entra/Intune).
• Hands-on Windows workstation support for distributed teams.
• Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, backups and DR processes.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash to automate tasks.
• Understanding of cloud security, monitoring and IaC practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to document technical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Own IT infrastructure and operations across workstations, networks, cloud services and remote environments.
• Manage identities, access policies, device management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Develop and enforce information security policies to protect assets and IP.
• Implement monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance activities.
• Automate operations through scripting and CI/CD support where needed.
• Improve system reliability, scalability and security while guiding tooling choices.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
