TEKEVER in Portugal is seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join our hardware development team. You will work with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate Scrum practices and ensure smooth sprint execution.

You will help engineering teams deliver ground-breaking hardware products using electronics, 3D structures and software, with in-person collaboration and a shuttle service to Leiria, Caldas da Rainha and Ponte de Sor.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role is preferred, but not required.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Values in-person collaboration, speaking in Portuguese and English.
• True agile mindset and basic knowledge of product development are required.
• Proactive, practical, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Conflict management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in Jira/Trello.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum Events: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement.
• Support the Product Owner to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Promote the Scrum Framework and adherence to Scrum values.
• Remove impediments hindering the team's progress.
• Foster team collaboration and map individual needs to team/product needs.
• Ensure transparency with sprint backlogs, burn-down charts, and artifacts.
• Support continuous improvement via retrospectives and actionable solutions.
