TEKEVER in Lisboa is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for Industrial Operations to align delivery across multiple teams and departments within a regulated logistics environment. The role sits at the intersection of operations and technology, requiring systems thinking to ensure end-to-end delivery and governance.

You will collaborate across engineering (software, hardware, firmware) and business stakeholders to remove impediments, improve delivery, and foster continuous improvement inside a Hybrid

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams.
• Strong grasp of Scrum and agile principles; adapt methods to team needs.
• Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums) is a plus.
• Proven systems thinking and ability to improve governance, dependencies and flow.
• Experience leading agile transformations in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Comfort working in regulated/compliance-driven environments with evidence generation.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; able to navigate ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Enable delivery across multiple teams by facilitating ceremonies and scaling agile methods beyond team boundaries.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to harmonize practices and drive organizational improvement.
• Align products, operations and business stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration bottlenecks.
• Provide release visibility, milestone readiness, and plan-vs-reality insights for stakeholders.
• Foster high-performing teams with psychological safety and clear ownership.
