Dellent is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join a Lisbon-based project, enabling agile values across a multicultural banking-focused team.

You will coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) with practical application.
• Knowledge of agile reporting/tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Expert knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive in impediment removal.
• Positive attitude, empathy, excellent communication, and trust-building.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments for teams.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery to maximise value delivery.
• Foster a culture of open feedback, transparency and psychological safety.
