Ytech in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience to guide cross-functional teams through Agile practices and low-code/no-code development environments.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to continuously improve delivery in a fast-paced tech setting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in Agile environments.

What challenge do we have for you?

Experience level: Senior - 5+ years

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of low-code/no-code application development environments.

You will play a key role in supporting development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, ensuring the effective adoption of Agile practices, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement across low-code development projects.

What we value in you:

• At least 5 years of professional experience working in Agile environments.
• Deep practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe principles.
• Strong experience facilitating Agile teams and supporting the effective implementation of Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders across different levels of Agile maturity.
• Experience designing and delivering Agile training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programmes.
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their application development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with platforms such as PEGA and Mendix is highly valued.
• Experience working with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to define and monitor relevant Agile metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Strong experience facilitating ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ability to identify and proactively remove impediments affecting team delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence people across different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work effectively with multinational and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
