Optiwisers in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a major SAP project for a telecom client. The role is freelance/B2B with hybrid work: 3 days onsite per week and some remote collaboration.

• 5+ years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work fully autonomously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English – both mandatory.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.

We're looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a major SAP project for a telecommunications client based in Lisbon.

The project focuses on the implementation of new SAP features and an upgrade to a SAP RISE environment, offering the opportunity to work on a dynamic transformation project within a large enterprise environment.

We're looking for a consultant who is not only technically strong, but also fully autonomous, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
