Optiwisers is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a Lisbon-based, hybrid role (3 days onsite). The contract is freelance/B2B with a start ASAP and end date 31 December 2026, possible extension.

You will lead SAP SuccessFactors workstreams, align HR processes with SAP functionality, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR and technical teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, strong functional expertise, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong functional experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders.
• Fully autonomous in delivery and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Analyse HR requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors according to business needs.
• Collaborate with HR, functional and technical teams.
• Support testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Participate in project workshops and solution design activities.
• Assist in integration and data-related activities as needed.
• Prepare functional documentation and project deliverables.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and deliverables.
