ECCO is seeking an experienced Senior SAP O2C Consultant to optimize and develop our Order-to-Cash processes. You will be the SAP SD SME across the organization, supporting billing, pricing, and intercompany activities while aligning with governance and audit standards.

You will participate in the S/4HANA implementation, collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain, and drive process improvements. English fluency and international travel up to 20 days/year are required.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP O2C / SAP SD.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP AFS is advantageous, with fashion/footwear exposure a plus.
• Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.

What We Are Looking For Our IT team is looking for an experienced and solution-oriented

Senior SAP O2C Consultant

to support, optimize, and further develop our Order-to-Cash processes across the organization. In this role, you will act as a subject‑matter expert within SAP SD and related modules, ensuring efficient end‑to‑end sales, billing, and revenue processes aligned with business and compliance requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring stable SAP AFS operations while actively contributing to the ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation and future transition.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a senior SAP O2C subject‑matter expert within the organization.

Ensure stable and efficient O2C processes in SAP AFS during the S/4HANA transformation.

Analyze, design, configure, and test SAP O2C processes, with a focus on SAP SD.

Support and optimize key O2C processes, including order management, pricing and discounts, delivery and shipping, billing and invoicing, intercompany processes, credit management, and returns.

Translate business requirements into effective and scalable functional SAP solutions.

Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices across O2C processes.

Support global and local SAP initiatives, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.

Participate in the SAP S/4HANA implementation and support the ongoing S/4HANA project as required.

Lead or support workshops with business users and key stakeholders.

Prepare functional specifications and maintain process and solution documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams on developments, integrations, and system enhancements.

Provide 3rd‑level support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for O2C‑related issues.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure effective end‑to‑end processes.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance standards, and audit requirements.

Validate and sign off on O2C process changes and enhancements, in line with the established governance model.

Requirements The ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise with a business‑oriented mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international and cross‑functional environment. We are looking for someone who can say "yes" to most of the following:

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;

5–8 years of hands‑on experience in SAP O2C / SAP SD.

Proven experience working with SAP AFS;
experience in fashion, footwear, or other relevant industries is an advantage.

Experience working in complex and international SAP environments.

Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end O2C processes and SAP SD.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).

Willingness to travel internationally as required, with expected travel of up to 20 days per year.

A nice to have

SAP certifications in SD and/or S/4HANA.

Strong SAP AFS knowledge and an interest in S/4HANA.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

Experience working in an agile environment.

Knowledge of SAP integrations and coordination with technical development teams.

Experience with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements in SAP environments.
