ECCO Sko A/S is seeking an experienced Senior SAP O2C Consultant in Portugal to support, optimize, and develop Order-to-Cash processes across the organization.

You will be the subject-matter expert for SAP SD and related modules, ensuring end-to-end sales, billing, and revenue processes align with business and compliance requirements. Expect international collaboration and a role that evolves with the S/4HANA rollout.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on SAP O2C / SAP SD experience.
• Experience with SAP AFS; fashion, footwear, or related industries are a plus.
• Experience in complex international SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes and SAP SD.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20 days per year.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior SAP O2C SME within the organization.
• Maintain stable O2C processes in SAP AFS during S/4HANA transformation.
• Analyze, configure, and test SAP O2C processes with focus on SAP SD.
• Support and optimize order management, pricing, billing, and returns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of O2C processes.
• Support global/local SAP initiatives, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and ongoing project support.
• Lead or support workshops with business users and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specs and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on developments and integrations.
• Provide 3rd-level support and root-cause analysis for O2C issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
