Job summary

Siemens Global Business Services seeks a senior SAP HCM developer to design, implement, and operate payroll (PY), Personal Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). You will collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integrations and data accuracy.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP HCM experience, ABAP/OO development, SAP FIORI, and S/4HANA exposure. Hybrid work model with healthcare and continuous learning benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years in SAP HCM development and customization (PY/PA/OM).
• ABAP/OO development, interface work, SAP FIORI and HANA DB knowledge.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM (PA/OM) and integration tools.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement and operate SAP HCM payroll (PY), Personal administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Collaborate with global teams (customer and internal teams) to understand business needs and ensure a smooth integration process
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Optimize payroll workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Maintain documentation and provide training for internal teams as needed
• Stay updated on SAP HCM (PY, PA and OM) and integrations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (5 years+) in development and customizing SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementations
• Proven experience in ABAP/4 Development Workbench, ABAP-OO, Interface development, SAP FIORI and HANA DB, schemas, tables, features, functions, and business processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (HCM, PA, OM)
• First expertise in integration tools (e.g. ShapeIn) and middleware solutions
• Proven first experience with SAP Time developments
• A strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, placing our customers at the core of every action.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that embraces changeA willingness to thrive in an international setting
• A strong team player with a penchant for virtual collaboration
• Proficiency in both written and spoken business-level English
• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration (customizing) for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, or Switzerland would be considered a strong asset.
