SAP Global Cloud Operations seeks a Senior SAP Technical Consultant / Technical Service Manager to drive technical strategies and customer success on SAP S/4HANA adoptions. You will lead architectural discussions, migrations, and ensure high availability while coordinating across SAP teams in a remote-enabled, global environment.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in SAP technical administration, SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and experience with S/4HANA architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP Technical Administration with SAP Basis and SAP solutions.
• Ability to work successfully as a virtual member of a dispersed team (remote).
• Strong background in SAP Solutions, technology and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement SAP support methodology.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration path, methodology and tools.
• Understand high availability and disaster recovery architectures, networks and virtualization.
• Own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements.
• Support the operation of technical system landscapes.
• Deliver high quality and ensure stable operations.
• Identify top issues, define action plan and drive resolution.
