Job summary

Caixa Mágica Software seeks an experienced Data Engineer specialized in SAP BusinessObjects to design data schemas, migrate universes, and manage multi-environment releases. You will work on upgrades, security, and performance tuning within a Linux-based SAP BO deployment.

The role demands deep SAP BO knowledge, strong data modelling, and hands-on migration experience, with a focus on large-scale BI environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• SAP BO knowledge is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP platforms.
• Experience in upgrades and migrations (BO4 → BO5).
• Strong data modelling and data architecture skills.
• Experience with SAP BO security and deployment.
• Proficient in SAP BO tools: IDT, UDT, Web Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve SAP BO universes.
• Upgrade and migrate SAP BO environments.
• Automate end-to-end release of artifacts across environments.
• Migrate large numbers of UNV universes to UNX.
• Analyze dependencies between universes, reports and data sources.
