Dellent is seeking a Senior Salesforce Support Analyst to work on a project in Porto or Lisbon, both in hybrid mode. This role requires deep domain knowledge in Asset Management and strong SQL/SOQL and data modeling skills.

We are looking for aSenior Salesforce Support Analystto work in this project in Porto (Hybrid)or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

• Functional expertise in Asset Management and a deep understanding of product manufacturing processes and investment fund distribution;
• A minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong IT and Data skills, particularly in SQL/SOQL, data modeling, and project management methodologies;
• Knowledge and experience with support activities;
• A blend of technical and functional skills will be highly advantageous;
• Fluent in English.
