Sopra Steria in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join a strategic insurance project, playing a key role in strategy execution, service governance, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will join the Salesforce Applications team to ensure platform operation, maintenance, and evolution, support business areas, and participate in improvements, new functionalities, integrations, and process automation.

Qualificações

• Senior Salesforce Consultant with proven Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems (ERP/HR).
• Strong ability to gather requirements and train users.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintenance of Salesforce, managing incidents and user requests.
• Configure objects, fields, layouts, flows, and security profiles.
• Develop new functionalities using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Design and maintain integrations with other corporate systems.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and prepare documentation.
• Participate in testing, process automation, and platform improvements.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join a strategic project within the insurance sector, playing a key role in strategy execution, service governance, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

The selected candidate will join the Salesforce Applications team, ensuring the platform’s proper operation, maintenance, and continuous evolution. You will provide support to business areas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, new functionalities, integrations, and process automation.

Responsibilities

Support and Maintenance

• Manage incidents and user requests related to Salesforce.
• Analyse functional and technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and adaptive maintenance of the platform.
• Ensure compliance with the SLAs agreed with the business.

Salesforce Configuration and Administration

• Configure objects, fields, layouts, flows, validations, profiles, permissions, and business processes.
• Manage master data and ensure its quality and integrity.
• Participate in deployments and version control across different environments.

Development and Enhancements

• Design and develop new functionalities within the Salesforce Platform.
• Implement automations using Flow and other native Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related technologies when required.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimisation projects.

Integrations

• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and other corporate systems, including ERP, operations applications, HR, marketing, and external solutions.
• Analyse integration issues and coordinate with other technical teams.

Business Relationship

• Gather and analyse functional requirements from different business areas.
• Translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Train and provide support to key users.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Participate in functional and user acceptance testing.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and simplification.
• Propose improvements to performance, stability, security, and user experience.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed and promote the adoption of new platform capabilities.
