Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to implement SAFe within client teams in Porto, Portugal. The role requires proven Agile leadership, removing impediments, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value products.

You will facilitate ceremonies, mentor teammates, and promote continuous improvement, with a focus on collaboration, transparency, and delivering quality results across projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and their practical application in R&D projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training and experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and address any impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and track project progress, using Agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.
• Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Continuously improve Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements in Agile methodologies, and the wind turbine industry to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.
