ITDS in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an Agile Coach to lead five delivery teams in a hybrid work model. You will mentor Scrum Masters and help teams improve through Agile and Lean practices, with hands-on Scrum Master support where needed.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile management, Jira expertise, and knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and scaling frameworks (SAFe/LeSS/Spotify). Fluent English and Portuguese are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Agile management (Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile lead).
• Solid hands-on Jira experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model).
• Ability to coach teams and step into Scrum Master role when needed.
• Agile certifications such as SPC, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, or CSM are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Coach five delivery teams and roll up your sleeves as a Scrum Master when needed.

Porto-based opportunity with a hybrid work model.

As an Agile Coach, you will be working for our client in the global markets space, supporting around five teams (roughly 35-40 people in total). You will help these teams work better together, embed solid Agile and Lean practices, and act as a hands-on Scrum Master for teams that need that support.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coach and support around five delivery teams on Agile principles, collaboration, and self-organization
• Step in as Scrum Master where a team needs it, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments
• Help teams adopt and continuously improve Agile and Lean practices day-to-day
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and work with teams to improve flow and predictability
• Track and share delivery metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput) to guide improvement
• Support alignment on dependencies and release plans across the teams
• Design and deliver practical workshops and mentoring for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in Agile management (as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile lead)
• Solid, hands-on experience with Jira
• Good working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model
• Comfortable coaching teams and stepping into a Scrum Master role when needed
• Agile certifications such as SPC, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, or CSM

It is a strong plus if you have:

• A technical background
• Experience with organizational change and continuous-improvement culture
• Additional Agile or coaching certifications

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English and Portuguese
