Act Digital in Porto (Braga) is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to empower distributed teams across Portugal and France. You will facilitate ceremonies, shield teams from impediments, and coach Product Owners and stakeholders toward lean, value-driven delivery.
You will promote psychological safety, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement through agile metrics and transparent reporting. A strong background in financial services is a plus, as is experience with multi-team
Qualificações
- 3+ years as Scrum Master in agile software teams.
- Experience in complex environments and driving Agile adoption.
- Fluent English (minimum B2).
- Willing to travel internationally.
- Experience with distributed teams across Portugal and France.
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Scrum Master certification such as CSM/PSM.
- Experience in banking/financial services is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews.
- Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile principles.
- Remove impediments and foster psychological safety.
- Align backlogs with business goals across locations.
- Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement.
