Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead the SAFe implementation across client teams. You will remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and support multidisciplinary groups in delivering high‑value products in a dynamic R&D environment.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, mentor team members in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery while fostering transparency and collaboration.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• CSM or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
• SAFe training and experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and address impediments or conflicts that hinder progress, working closely with stakeholders to find solutions.
• Monitor and track project progress using Agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Continuously improve Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and SAFe practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
