Bosch Portugal is seeking a skilled Requirements Engineer to join a cross-functional system engineering team for Residential Heat Pumps in Aveiro. You will drive structured, traceable requirements across project domains and support successful product introductions with strong links to international teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in RE, knowledge of systems engineering, and experience with Jira-R4J or similar tools. Travel within Europe is expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or similar field.
• 2–3+ years in requirements engineering.
• Experience with heat pump domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent requirements engineering across projects and domains.
• Lead requirements reviews, baselines, and ensure RE process compliance.
• Manage requirements, changes and open questions using Jira-R4J.
