Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a skilled RAN Planning Engineer to optimize and expand our wireless network infrastructure. You will design, implement, and maintain radio access networks to ensure optimal coverage and capacity.

You'll conduct RF planning, performance analysis, and network expansion, coordinating with operations teams and staying current with RAN technologies. Hybrid work arrangement and ongoing training support the role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct RF planning and propagation modeling to determine optimal cell site locations and antenna configurations.
• Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize network parameters.
• Design and implement network expansion plans to meet increasing demand and improve coverage.
• Coordinate with network operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RAN technologies and trends.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, specifications, and procedures.
