Nox Health in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to shape the global sleep health platform. You will own testing across the cloud platform, REST APIs, and front-end web apps, ensuring reliability and superb user experience.

You will design test plans, drive end-to-end testing, collaborate with product, development, and operations, and advocate quality across the SDLC while adhering to healthcare industry standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in an SDLC quality analysis environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, REST APIs and backend services
• Practical knowledge of test automation with Cypress, Selenium or Playwright
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr)
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with healthcare technology or regulated SaaS environments

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for multi-tiered projects
• Perform end-to-end testing across web applications, REST APIs, and backend services
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects
• Advocate for product quality and drive process improvements in testing
• Ensure releases comply with healthcare quality standards and internal guidelines
• Document test results and findings to maintain visibility and traceability
