COPE Health Solutions is seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join our product engineering team. You will design, write, and execute manual and automated tests for .NET and React web applications, collaborating with engineers, product owners, and our QA engineer to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

You will write and maintain automated tests with Playwright and API test suites, test healthcare workflows for data integrity and PHI handling, and participate in the CI/CD process with

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in software QA, focusing on web apps.
• Solid QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
• Experience testing frontend and API layers with React or similar.
• Hands-on QA automation for UI or API testing.
• Strong communication in English and collaboration with distributed teams.
• HIPAA/HiTrust exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated tests for web applications built in .NET and React.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineer to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Write and maintain automated tests within our existing UI (Playwright) and API test suites.
• Test healthcare workflows for accuracy and data integrity, following HIPAA/HiTrust practices.
• Perform regression and integration testing as part of our CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps).
• Create and maintain traceable test documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Track, report, and manage bugs in Jira.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support UAT.
