Winthrop Technologies is seeking a senior Quality Lead for a major Data Centre project in Sines, Portugal. This on-site role will drive the quality strategy, ensure compliance with project specifications, and lead the QA/QC team to the highest standards.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, and Client teams. Responsibilities include implementing the Project Quality Management System for CSA and MEP works, mentoring QA/QC engineers, overseeing

Qualificações

• 8+ years' QA/QC experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP installations.
• Experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical environments desirable.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System across CSA and MEP works
• Manage and mentor QA/QC Engineers on site
• Oversee ITPs, inspections, testing, and quality documentation
• Manage NCRs and drive corrective actions
• Liaise with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client representatives
• Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation are completed to required standards
• Support audits and promote a right-first-time quality culture
