A Shore em Lisboa procura um Senior QA para integrar a equipa de Payments, com foco na qualidade e fiabilidade de soluções de pagamento. O regime é híbrido, com atuação em projetos internacionais na área de pagamentos.

Responsabilidades incluem analisar requisitos, desenhar e executar testes funcionais e de integração, investigar incidentes de produção, e apoiar UAT, trabalhando com analistas de negócio, developers e stakeholders para assegurar conformidade funcional.

Qualificações

• 5+ anos de experiência em QA, testes funcionais ou semelhante.
• Experiência em testes funcionais, idealmente em Payments/Serviços Financeiros.
• Forte experiência em desenho de casos de teste, execução e gestão de defeitos.
• Experiência com JIRA/XRAY e análise de incidentes de produção.
• Boas competências de comunicação e análise.
• Nível de francês B2 mínimo (obrigatório).
• Bom nível de inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Analisar requisitos funcionais e necessidades de negócio para definir cenários de teste.
• Participar em workshops de negócios e discussões funcionais.
• Preparar e executar testes funcionais e de integração.
• Participar em User Acceptance Testing (UAT) e atividades de testagem.

• Identificar, documentar e acompanhar defeitos usando JIRA/XRAY.

We are looking for a Senior QA to join a Payments team, contributing to the quality and reliability of payment-related solutions.

The role involves functional analysis, test preparation and execution, investigation of production anomalies, and collaboration with business and technical teams throughout the testing lifecycle.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Analyse functional requirements and business needs to define appropriate test scenarios.
• Participate in business workshops and functional discussions.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration tests.
• Participate in business acceptance testing (UAT) and testing activities.
• Analyse and investigate production anomalies and incidents.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA/XRAY.
• Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality and functional compliance of delivered solutions.

Requisitos mínimos

• 5+ years of experience in QA, Functional Testing, or a similar role.
• Experience in functional testing, ideally within Payments or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA-XRAY.
• Experience analysing production incidents and functional anomalies.
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• French speaker – B2 level minimum (mandatory).
• Good level of English.
