• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on testing across mobile, web and desktop applications.
• Experience designing test automation frameworks and building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.

Responsabilidades

• Assess risk across the product and plan manual and automated testing across platforms.
• Review requirements and designs for testability before development.
• Design and evolve the test automation framework and architectural patterns.
• Own the test stages of GitLab CI/CD pipelines and triage flaky tests.
• Own release readiness and the defect lifecycle, contributing to MR reviews.
• Help define and evolve test strategy and quality standards.
• Mentor junior QA members and drive continuous improvement.
