Devoteam in Lisbon is seeking a QA Architect to own the QA Test Center offering, shaping governance, automation strategy, and tooling. You will represent the offering technically in client meetings and adapt solutions to client stacks.

Qualificações

• Solid experience (ideally 5+ years) in QA/Testing with architecture or leadership roles.
• Proven track record defining and implementing end-to-end test automation strategies.
• Experience with QA governance: processes, metrics, quality and reporting.
• Client-facing experience, including technical presentations and adapting solutions.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the QA strategy with the QA Manager.
• Design and maintain the technical architecture of the QA Test Center.
• Deploy, configure and evolve tooling for test management and automation.
• Turn the current draft of the offering into a solid, documented value proposition.
• Support the sales process with client meetings and technical demos.
• Adapt the solution to a client's existing stack and integrations.
• Prepare demos, PoCs and technical materials for sales activities.
• Stay up-to-date with test automation and AI trends in QA.
• Act as the technical reference point for delivery teams.
