Near.U, part of the Moongy group, seeks a Senior Python Engineer to join an Agile squad in Portugal. You will develop, maintain and scale platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high quality solutions.

Requirements include 5+ years of Python, Docker or container networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), REST APIs, CI/CD, GitLab, microservice architecture and fluent English. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and share knowledge across teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years in Python programming.
• Experience with Docker or other container networking.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD deployment.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with GitLab or similar version control.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum.
• Good level of English.

The position

As part of an Agile Squad, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and scaling different platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the solutions developed are robust functionally and technically, also meeting requirements.

You should have a solid experience as a software engineer, with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members. Autonomy, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential for success.

What You Bring To The Position

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in Python programming language.
• Experience with Docker or other container networking
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Experience with application deployment by using CI/CD
• Experience with APIs such as REST
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Gitlab)
• Experience with NetFlow (plus)
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum Methodology.
• Good level of English.
