Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Marketing Analytics Team Lead in Portugal to spearhead the delivery and evolution of analytics solutions across Consumer Intelligence and Marketing Performance Analytics. You will ensure robust outputs, governance, and continuous improvement across markets.

The role requires coordinating workload, managing priorities, and coaching team members, with a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data analytics, BI, marketing, business, or statistics.
• 5+ years of analytics service delivery or related experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, allocate workload, and manage priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Analytics scope and performance measurement.
• Experience defining SOPs, QA routines, and governance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Marketing Analytics solutions across Consumer Intelligence and Marketing Performance Analytics.
• Provide daily direction, prioritization, enablement, and escalation management.
• Maintain service reliability, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces with Consumer Intelligence, Marketing, Data/IT, and markets.
• Coach team members, onboard new staff, and define clear priorities.
