Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Dalí rollout in close partnership with the IT Project Manager. You will ensure market readiness, testing, and change activities align with deployment capacity and own the operational control tower for milestones, risks, and governance.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and advanced English.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in project/program management.
• Experience coordinating multi-market rollouts with cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong understanding of business case control, financial tracking, and chargeback governance.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI/dashboard familiarity is a plus.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Position Summary

Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, is in the process of transforming their systems, processes, and ways of working. The successful candidate will lead the end‑to‑end business coordination of the Dalí rollout in close partnership with the IT Project Manager, ensuring that market knowledge readiness, testing, and change activities are aligned with technical deployment capacity. Own the operational control tower for project milestones, risks, business case tracking, AI consumption, and charging by market, ensuring disciplined execution and transparency across CES, IT, Finance, and markets.

• Experience coordinating multi‑market rollouts with cross‑functional dependencies
• Strong understanding of business case control, financial tracking, and chargeback governance
• Experience with go‑live readiness, testing, hyper‑care, and stakeholder governance
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI/dashboard familiarity is a plus
• Experience in consumer engagement or contact center operations
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
