Teciem seeks a Senior Project Manager reporting to the Europe Portfolio Manager to lead large to mid-size projects within strategic initiatives. You will own project definition, intake, planning, execution, and transition to operations, ensuring objectives align with business goals and budgets.

You will manage scope, schedule, costs, risks, and stakeholders, drive change control, mentor teams, and promote PMI/Agile practices.

Qualificações

• 5 years’ experience in project or program management.
• Advanced French communication skills.
• Experience assisting project management teams with identification of action items, tasks and activities and tracking progress.
• Experience at defining, implementing and leading projects utilizing industry best practice (PMI, Agile).
• Experience developing project budgets based on the development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Responsabilidades

• Lead project intake process with scope, schedule and cost.
• Define goals/objectives and roles for project team.
• Manage multiple mid-to-large projects to meet time, cost and quality.
• Oversee risks, budgets, and change control with stakeholders.
• Forecast resources, budgets, and monitor variances.
• Ensure proper communication and handover across phases.
• Mentor team on project management methods and tools.
• Align project work with sponsor expectations.
