Start Campus is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead commercial and scheduling activities for Europe’s most ambitious data center project in Sines. You will prepare capital and lifecycle estimates, monitor cost planning, and ensure delivery stays on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Design & Delivery, you will review schedule submissions, identify risks, and provide regular performance updates.

Qualificações

• Estimating/quantity surveying experience of 5–8 years.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling.
• Strong organizational and deadline-driven work.
• Data Center or complex project experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare capital and lifecycle estimates.
• Provide input on tendering procedures and results.
• Review PMO cost planning.
• Review contractor and vendor pay applications as PMO recommends.
• Monitor and report P6 schedule submissions from PMO and contractors.
• Understand critical path and key risks.
• Provide performance updates/variance reports.
• Regular reporting on all the above.
