CTR/Hayco is seeking a Senior Supervisor to join the Production team in Portugal. The role oversees manufacturing operations to hit volume, quality and cost targets, and to lead a team of team leaders and operators.

Responsibilities include monitoring core metrics, coordinating daily production activities, investigating non-conformances, and driving standardization and lean projects. A degree in a related field and 3+ years of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supervising production teams.
• Experience in formulation, mixing, blending or batch manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing/ERP systems.
• Experience in a chemical or multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track core team metrics including safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
• Investigate root causes of non-conformances in audit, identify and execute corrective actions by the expected completion date.
• Drive standardization of production operations following SOP and WI requirements.
• Drive 7S management and track results weekly.
• Participate in lean manufacturing projects.
• Lead and develop a team of team leaders and operators.
