Critical Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Karvel space on‑board software platform, guiding strategy, roadmap and growth. You will evolve the product for satellite teams while pursuing new opportunities across in‑orbit operations, constellations, space exploration, and human flight.

You will work at the intersection of engineering and mission operators in high‑stakes, time‑critical environments, ensuring reliable delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of the space industry, including regulatory and operational landscape.
• Proven experience in product management, including senior or lead PM on complex B2B/B2G platforms.
• Proven end-to-end ownership from vision to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with data‑intensive, real‑time systems or geospatial platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with objectives and user needs.
• Translate space industry standards into clearly defined requirements for development, testing, and maintenance.
• Establish continuous discovery with engineering teams and operators using qualitative research and analytics.
• Partner with engineering to shape solutions, write specs, prioritize backlog, and drive agile delivery.
