Critical Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Karvel, its onboard software platform for space missions. You will own strategy, roadmap, and growth, guiding satellite teams and expanding into in-orbit operations and exploration markets.

You will work at the intersection of engineering and mission operators, driving reliability and outcomes while potentially building a larger product team within the business unit.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a product leader on complex B2B/B2G software platforms.
• End-to-end ownership from vision to delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with data-heavy, real-time, or geospatial systems.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders including government and public-sector clients.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with objectives and needs.
• Translate space industry realities into clearly defined requirements for development and testing.
• Establish continuous discovery with engineering and operators to uncover needs and pain points.
• Partner with engineering to shape solutions, backlog, and agile delivery with context for teams.
• Collaborate with sales and BD to support bids and demonstrate the product at events.
