Job summary

TechRivo, a software consulting company based in Portugal, is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a Fintech/RegTech project. You will perform market research, define the product strategy, and own end-to-end lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions in Europe.

You will lead a team of Business Analysts, translate market needs into product requirements, and collaborate with sales and platform teams to align features with regulatory needs and market demand. An AI initiative focus is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML compliance across jurisdictions.
• Track record translating market input into product requirements.

We have Customers in Europe and Australia in projects ranging from Fintech to Education.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in a Fintech/RegTech project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform market research, design and coordinate go to market strategy
• Build and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with sales and platform teams, aligning features with market demands and regulatory needs
• Manage the end-to- end requirements lifecycle, from discovery to deployment
• Lead a team of Business Analysts who draft, manage and execute product requirements
• Oversee KYC policy and data management across multiple jurisdictions
• Contribute to AI-led initiatives that improve internal and external solutions

Must Have:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS
• Strong knowledge of KYC / AML compliance across different jurisdictions
• Track record of translating sales and market input into product requirements
• Ability to step in quickly and work independently with minimal ramp-up

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience integrating AI into products or workflows
• Customer care or escalation management experience

Other/Soft Skills:

• Team player and confident working with senior stakeholders
• Keen on doing video calls and tracking your work
• Comfortable doing a Technical Assessment Test
