Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Development in the Token Services Lifecycle team to drive data-driven enhancements for digital card tokens across wallets.

You will act as analytics expert, delivering high-quality data, dashboards, and reports, supporting cross-functional teams, and aligning with the product roadmap, with a focus on fraud analysis and improved user experiences.

Qualificações

• Hands on experience in data manipulation and data analysis.
• SQL proficiency and experience with databases.
• Experience with data warehousing and tools like Tableau/Splunk.
• Ability to extract data and build accurate reports.
• Strong attention to detail and data interpretation.
• Experience contributing data-driven product ideas to leadership.
• Proficient in Excel or similar worksheets.
• Experience in testing and software quality.
• Familiarity with fraud analysis and prevention.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the team’s data and analytics expert delivering reliable data and reports.
• Identify gaps in reporting and work with cross-functional teams to address them.
• Support cross functional teams in data requests.
• Leverage Product Management frameworks to deliver ongoing innovations.
• Deploy test & learn experiments to optimize end-user experience.
• Use knowledge of Mastercard business to inform decisions.
• Deliver key product enhancements and partner with Guild members.
• Use data & dashboards to identify performance challenges and propose actions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams in developing business requirements.
• Document knowledge across the Product Management framework.
• Lead by example with hands-on data management and best practices.
