The Channel Partnerships team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management to support the development, commercialization, and growth of innovative products and capabilities across Mastercard's ecosystem partner landscape. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, Commercialization, and Customer Success teams, helping translate data into actionable insights that inform product decisions, business growth, and ecosystem expansion. The successful candidate will support the product lifecycle by conducting analysis, tracking KPI frameworks and product performance metrics, identifying market opportunities, and helping shape recommendations that enhance Mastercard's value proposition. The role will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to support initiatives across Payment Facilitators (PayFacs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Acquirers, and other ecosystem partners, while contributing to product commercialization, go-to-market activities, partner adoption strategies, and regional ecosystem growth initiatives.
