DataCamp is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to translate ideas into impact, with autonomy to prototype, measure, and iterate. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and other engineers to ship high‑quality software that scales, with an AI‑native approach powered by tools like Claude Code and Codex.

You’ll own end‑to‑end projects, shape system architecture, and drive technical excellence across services, ensuring reliability and observability while leveraging data to steer priorities.

Qualificações

• 7+ years building software across the stack.
• Experience with startup or small‑company environments.
• Strong product mindset with pragmatism.
• AI‑native development using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex).
• Expert knowledge of modern API design and microservices architecture.
• Track record of taking large, ambiguous problems end to end.

Responsabilidades

• Own product or platform projects end‑to‑end – idea, build, release, measurement, iteration, autonomy.
• Shape the technical direction of the systems, from architecture to implementation.
• Own the services you ship and keep them scalable, reliable, and observable, often powered by LLMs.
• Raise the bar for decisions and architecture, ensuring testing, observability and code quality.
• Use data, metrics, and user feedback to decide what to build next.
• Grow engineers through mentorship, technical leadership and code reviews.
