Growtoday AB in Portugal is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Product Team and work closely with the engineering group. You will explore design solutions across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to validation and delivering high-quality interfaces.

You will participate in UX/UI strategy, focus on improving the customer experience, and collaborate with product and engineering to maximize value while owning your projects from concept to prototype with strong attention

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience producing high quality designs with measurable impact.
• Experience shipping multiple products.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with user research; knowledge of design systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
